Veseris Names Mike Ruprich Chairman and CEO Following Leadership Transition
Austin, Texas – April 28, 2026 — Veseris today announced that Ken Bradley has resigned from his role as Chief Executive Officer to pursue a new opportunity outside of the industry. Bradley will remain with the company through May to support a smooth and orderly transition.
Since joining Veseris in November 2022, Bradley has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction, strengthening its foundation, and advancing its market position. His leadership, commitment, and steady guidance have helped position Veseris for continued success and progress toward its aim of being the Preferred Choice for customers, employees, and manufacturer partners.

Effective immediately, Mike Ruprich has been named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Veseris.
Ruprich has been closely involved with Veseris since it became a standalone enterprise, serving as Chairman of the Board and playing an integral role in the company's evolution. He has worked closely with Bradley over the past several years and brings a deep understanding of the business, its people, and its strategic priorities.
